        　　昨日，TOM集團董事會昨日發布公告稱，湯美娟已辭去非執行董事職務，自8月18日起正式生效。而據TOM集團一位內部人士透露，早在今年3月初，湯美娟就已經將手中工作交予集團首席執行官兼執行董事楊國猛。
