        　　昨天，中國聯通在香港發布公告稱，對于原CDMA業務的員工，以及轉到中國電信的員工，將不會做任何勞動關系及職務、薪酬的重要調整。
        


        　　記者從中國網通公司內部獲悉，網通與聯通在9月底合并后，網通公司員工的待遇水平將不會降低。
        


        　　聯通表示，在交割起始日前，不會對C網業務的正常運營狀況做重大改動。
        


        　　據運營商透露，涉及重組的電信運營商員工的薪酬最終如何變化，目前尚無官方說法，一切還要等待9月份重組合并完成后才會有最終定論。
        


        　　公告同時表示，中國聯通將于2008年9月16日在香港召開股東大會，就兩項決議進行討論投票，其中包括聯通向電信出售C網協議，以及中國聯通A股公司向聯通運營公司C網租用轉讓協議。為此，公司將于9月11日至9月16日期間暫停股東的股份過戶登記手續。（記者趙謹）
