        　　交易完成將獲3G牌照
        

        　　中國聯通(600050.SH)10月8日收到證監會核發的和中國網通合并交易的文件。至此，其已取得上述交易所需的全部政府機關核準、批準或同意。
        

        　　中國聯通稱，新公司有望在本次交易完成后獲得技術領先的3G牌照，新公司將力爭做到3G用戶市場份額占據領先地位，2G用戶市場份額保持平穩，新聯通將逐漸在3G領域建立領先優勢。
        

        　　昨天從北京金融街的網通大廈看到，中國網通的換標工作已開始，不過目前僅進行了摘牌，新聯通的掛牌將在未來一周內進行。 (馬曉芳）
