        　　一項研究結果顯示，高個女性的壽命比矮個女性長。這意味著除了父母身高的遺傳因素外，兒時在健康環境中成長的高個女性長壽的概率更高。
        


        　　韓國《朝鮮日報》報道稱，三星首爾醫院家庭醫學科宋允美和首爾大學保健學院成周憲(音)教授的研究小組從1994到2004年，對34.4519萬名40歲至64歲的女性進行了一項身高與死亡率的相關調查。研究小組表示，對在此期間去世的10216名女性進行調查的結果顯示，女性的身高每高出5厘米，死亡率就下降7%。
        


        　　這是根據各年齡段，考慮到吸煙、飲酒、運動習慣以及收入等對死亡率產生影響的因素得出的結果。
        


        　　相關研究論文已經刊登在最新一期《美國醫學雜志》中。從死亡原因上看，身高每高出5厘米，患呼吸道疾病和中風死亡的危險性就下降16%，患糖尿病和循環系統疾病的幾率下降13%。(李剛)
