        　　最近，杜塞爾多夫大學的奧拉夫•拉赫和他的同事證明了“短暫睡眠”的“強大威力”——僅僅一個“6分鐘的小盹”就能在較大程度上提高記憶力。這是迄今為止發現的，用時最短卻仍能對記憶功能有幫助的睡眠。拉赫說：“這項研究結果表明，在人們進入睡眠狀態的那一刻，大腦中就發生了一些能增強我們記憶力的活動。”
