作為2024年中非合作論壇峰會的重要配套活動，第八屆中非企業家大會于9月6日在北京舉行。乍得商業、工業、農業、礦業和手工業商會(以下簡稱“乍得工商會”)會長賽伊德接受中新社記者專訪時表示，中非合作實現雙贏，不會被西方言論干擾。

　　賽伊德指出，非洲擁有豐富的農業、畜牧業、礦業和石油資源，中國擁有技術領先優勢，乍得與中國的合作密切而富有成效。賽伊德希望非洲在50年后也能發展到中國今天的水平。

　　面對西方媒體對于中非合作的質疑，賽伊德以煉油廠為例，講述了中國的投資對乍得產生的積極影響，相關合作直接造福于民。因此，乍得人民不會被西方媒體言論干擾，會繼續與中國深化合作。(記者 張楠)

　　As an important supporting event for the 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit, the 8th China-Africa Entrepreneurs Conference was held in Beijing on September 6th. In an exclusive interview with a reporter from China News Service, Ali Adji Mahamat Seid, president of the Chadian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (hereinafter referred to as "Chadian Chamber of Commerce"), said that China-Africa cooperation achieves a win-win situation and will not be disturbed by Western remarks.

　　Seid pointed out that Africa has abundant resources in agriculture, animal husbandry, mining, and petroleum, while China possesses excellent technology. The cooperation between Chad and China is close and fruitful. Said hopes that Africa can develop to the level of China today in 50 years.

　　In the face of Western media's doubts about China-Africa cooperation, Seid cited the oil refinery as an example, explaining the positive impact of Chinese investment on Chad.
